Hark Get early access

The inbox for your scripts and AI agents

Anything that can make an HTTP request can send you a card, ask you a question, show live progress or ring your phone. You answer with a tap, and your code gets the answer back.

Think Pushover, built for agents. Run it on your own server or just use the app.

Apps for iOS and Android are in development. Today Hark runs on any Android phone through Termux.

Note, or / for commands

  1. 1Your code sends a request

One HTTP call from a script, a cron job, CI or an agent. No SDK needed.

  2. 2Hark delivers it to your phone

A rich card in your inbox and a notification with buttons you can tap.

  3. 3Your answer goes straight back

Your code is waiting. It gets your choice, form values or text as plain JSON.

What your scripts and agents can do with Hark

Pick one. Every example below is live: tap, hold and type in the card, and see the exact code your script would run.

Uses Hark's Python client, a single file with no dependencies. Every call is also plain HTTP.

One small API, any language

Hark is a plain HTTP server. If your tool can run curl, it can talk to your phone.

Wait for the answer, however you like
Block on a long-poll with ?wait=600, get a webhook, or watch the live event stream.
Signed webhooks with delivery receipts
Every callback carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature and is retried if your server is down. The card shows whether your agent actually got the answer.
Update, pin and dismiss from code
Edit a card in place, pin it to the board, mark it seen, dismiss it or delete it.
A live stream your own app can use
The Hark app runs on the same server-sent event stream that you can subscribe to.
Clients and a CLI
A single-file Python client, PowerShell helpers, and a hark command for shell scripts.

On the roadmap

An MCP server so Claude Code and other agents can ask you questions directly, scheduled jobs and monitors, and native iOS and Android apps.

How Hark is different from Pushover and ntfy

Both are good at sending a notification to your phone. Hark is built for the other direction too: your code asking you things and waiting for the answer.
